So, I promised I would keep you updated about my 7 day challenge, so here it is.
My arms didn't start hurting until lunch time today. Then it was a minor ache. But I did my workout again anyway.
Now, it's not suggested that you workout the same muscle group 2 days in a row, but for the sake of this blog, I am going to follow through. But to not get into a rhythm, I did the exercises in a different order - 1, 6, 2, 5, 3, then 4.

As bedtime approaches, I am a little more sore than I was last night, but we'll see how it goes - on to tomorrow!
