Workout - The Fab 15 Total Body workout

So tonight Super Tater and I did this workout -

It's a great workout and we would have finished it without stopping if we hadn't had to stop and look up a couple of the exercises ;)

For those of you looking for examples of some of the exercises, here are the ones we found for the ones we didn't know.

PliĆ©s with upright row - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vVeIwPdgqy4  This one is nice because they show the front and side without all the chit-chat ;)

Shoulder Presses - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-aVuyhvLHU  Super Tater liked this one because he said the lady looked REALLY strong.

Squat press - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcR7E5cQB_w  This one was nice and he shows the front and side as well.

Plank punches - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9AE_da-cN8M  Super Tater liked pretending he was punching bad guys.

Speaking of pretending - he also liked the Front kicks.  For those we pretended we were kicking the bad guys. He also liked the squat press - for this he was Superman and pushing a boulder up and saving the world.

I only did one set of this, but I would definitely do it again and would try for more sets next time.
